Only people who are members of Friendship House can attend.
Membership is extended to adults (18 and older) who have been diagnosed with a serious and persistent mental illness who have basic social skills, no recent history of violence, or current criminal charges.
Providers who are interested in referring an individual can request a referral form from Kathy Roberts, Manager, at email@example.com
Membership, Meals, and all Activities are free to Woodbury County Residents. For non-residents there is a one time fee- $10.
We provide many wellness opportunities such as Peer Recovery Group, WRAP, AA Meetings, Education Presentations, Community Volunteer Opportunities, Peer Visiting at Hospital Inpatient Unit, and peer support services.
Some of the activities include:
- on-line computer access
- books and movie library
- wii games
- community outings
- pool table
- out-door activities
A lunch meal is available Monday – Friday at 11:45. Saturday a light lunch is also served. Meals are free to all members. Snacks are available outside of meal time.
