We provide a comprehensive range of secure, safe, and efficient Telehealth services for both individual and group settings, all from the comfort of your home. Our compassionate and caring staff will assist you in navigating video calls using a range of devices, such as laptops, smartphones, or tablets, while ensuring that you have a stable internet connection. You can choose a safe location of your choice for the visit.
Pharmacy
Are you looking for a local pharmacy or to get your prescriptions filled before or after your appointment? For your convenience, we offer an onsite pharmacy located at our Main Clinic 625 Court Street, Sioux City, IA.
The pharmacy is open Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m., Closed for lunch 12:30 p.m. – 1 p.m.

Psychiatric Urgent Care
Psychiatric Urgent Care provides rapid access to multidisciplinary mental health care in an outpatient setting for people in crisis. Our urgent Care offers same-day psychiatric services to adults and children experiencing symptoms such as depression, anxiety, panic attacks, disturbing thoughts, suicidal thoughts, or acute grief reactions.

Same Day Access
Would you like to receive non-emergency mental health care services? Our Same Day Access service is a walk-in service that helps you get started with our mental health care services. We can also assist you in finding other services, providers, and locations throughout our organization if you need ongoing therapy or specialized services. No appointment is required.

Crisis Services
A 24/7/365 facility designed to assist individuals experiencing mental health discomfort and/or increased mental health symptoms who require a level of care that cannot be addressed in their current living situation and who do not meet the criteria for inpatient hospitalization.
